Hello 2012!

     What a night, I had. I started of my NYE by going over to my Grandpas. There, I saved his life! A sliding bar from a tent we were putting up was about to stab him in the back and I pushed out of the way, Nothing big, but you could say I am a Hero. I am just glad this was avoided and we didn't have to spend the day at the ER.
 
     Later on, I went over the Emmanuel's house where I celebrated our New year's. We made lots of appetizers, played some Wii, goofed around, and waited for midnight. Then it was Happy NEW YEAR!!

Plus, It was so cold last night!

I finished off the night at home with my cat. 

She was super scared with all the Firework noise and gunshots, so I was happy to be home to keep her safe.

Day at the Zoo

   Today Emmanuel took Nathan and I to the Zoo. We spent the whole day walking & looking at all the animals. It was so much fun plus I saw a lot of cute animals. Some which I wanted to take home with me.

This trip to the Zoo was so much fun. Not only did we get to see many of the animals out of their caves but we also got a great workout. Hopefully tomorrow we have twice the fun at Sea world.

Lucha Libre

  Yesterday was very unusual... at least for me. Perla & Nathan invited us to the Auditorio Municipal of Tijuana, Mexico to watch a wrestling match between 'La Parca', Nathan's favorite luchador, and 'The Mystic One', 'Blue Panther' and 'Heavy Metal'... This was my first Lucha Libre experience. At first I was very resistant to go but I ended up liking it. The whole atmosphere of Man "fighting" and throwing each other on a ring with freeform wrestling gets me on the edge of my seat but after two or three fights later I realized that it is all choreographed fake wrestling. There were some scary moments where the wrestlers made a wrong move and looked like the broke their backs or slit open their heads but they all got right back up and continue wrestling, True Professionals.

 It was a fun night and a new experience that I would love to repeat in the future. 

Trick-or-treat!

Manny and I spend the day at his school were we attended a Peruvian music concert. 

Afterwards we took Nathan Trick or Treating around my neighborhood. 

I ended up not dressing up as a cat or Snow White but I did wear my cute skull scarf.

Trick-OR-Treat!

My hair got so frizzy after while we were trick or treating! 

It was so much fun! We managed to gather a lot of candy even though it was already late. 

 I can't wait for next year!
